The beginning of our display

We have worked really hard this week, working together to learn about ANZAC day and World War One.  A huge concept for everyone to understand, we used digital learning tools to learn about the topic from many angles.
We wrote letters home, talked about the Dawn Parade and the importance of the Poppy.

He is the beginning of the display outside our room, this week we are adding to it, working together to share more of our understandings about what happened during the war.

We made our own poppies, some of us took them home so we could wear them on ANZAC day at memorial services.

We have our wreaths up, our poppies spread around and our mini project.

Please feel free to come in and take a closer look.
Some of those letters will totally pull on the heart strings.

We will add more during the week.
